## About the Role

* Associate degree (2-year college degree) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 * Three or more years of experience in receiving, accounts payable, inventory control, or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment., * Experience working with SAP and other manufacturing/business systems.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
 * Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
 * Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 * Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
 * Experience supporting inventory management, cycle counts, receiving, and purchasing processes preferred.

Physical Requirements

 * Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
 * Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach as needed.
 * Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds without assistance.
 * Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when in production areas.

## Description

* Process and verify daily receipt of raw materials and other plant deliveries within SAP and related systems.
 * Maintain accurate receiving, inventory, and vendor documentation records.
 * Audit and resolve outstanding purchasing, receiving, and invoice discrepancies.
 * Support Purchasing, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations teams with reporting and administrative activities.
 * Conduct inventory verification and support cycle count and physical inventory activities.
 * Monitor raw material receipts and reconcile daily receiving records.
 * Perform data entry and maintain plant records and files.
 * Support continuous improvement, safety, and 5S initiatives within the warehouse and plant environment.
 * Provide general administrative support, including vendor communication and office administration tasks.
