Preferred Skills * Experience supporting enterprise Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing solutions. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar ticketing/service management tools. * Exposure to smart lockers, IT vending solutions, and workplace technology platforms. * Knowledge of inventory logistics and supply chain support processes. * ITIL Foundation certification or ITSM best-practice knowledge. * Experience working in large enterprise or managed services environments. ## Description We are seeking a customer-focused and technically skilled Systems Engineer / Deskside Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for end-user technology support, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, network, mobile device, and workplace technology issues. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, strong customer service capabilities, and experience supporting end-user computing environments, AV systems, and IT asset management.
