In this role, you will impact the success of aerospace projects by ensuring that all test activities meet rigorous quality standards and regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the safety, reliability, and performance of Honeywell's aerospace solutions. They help build a strong, diverse team by identifying and recruiting talent, developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture. * Design and maintain automated test software for ATE systems using LabVIEW, Python, C, C++, and Visual Basic to improve efficiency and data integrity * Analyze customer specifications to define test requirements, configurations, and acceptance criteria for RF and microelectronics testing * Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, including ATE configurations, fixtures, and software/hardware interfaces * Perform RF characterization of MMIC/semiconductor devices, including S-parameters, output power, noise figure, and two-tone measurements * Set up, calibrate, and execute RF test systems and on-wafer probe testing using appropriate standards * Troubleshoot and diagnose complex RF circuits independently using strong microwave theory knowledge * Conduct statistical analysis and generate detailed technical reports on test results and performance * Manage laboratory operations, including test databases, equipment calibration, asset tracking, and vendor procurement support, The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000 - $142,000.
