Missions Principales : Le Technicien Informatique de proximité a la charge de la gestion des incidents et demandes, des problèmes techniques, et des difficultés rencontrées par les utilisateurs y compris les VIP. Le technicien a également la charge du renouvellement des matériels (réception matériel neuf, masterisation, expédition ancien matériel). Gestion du stock. Compétences: Connaissance ITSM Service Now Connaissance Outils MDM (Workspace One / Intune) Connaissance Réseaux (TCP/IP - LAN - WAN - WIFI) Expérimenté (entre 3 et 7 ans sur le poste) Titre: Technicien Poste de travail / Helpdesk / Assistant utilisateurs-Confirmé
