 * Culture IA : Vous intégrez déjà l'IA générative dans vos méthodes de dev au quotidien et souhaitez faire levier de ces technologies sur un produit SaaS.
 * Posture : Profil proactif, structuré, orienté résultat et doté d'un fort esprit start-up/scale-up. Vous aimez construire, livrer et vous inscrire dans un projet long terme., * Rôle clé & Impact direct : Vous prenez la main sur l'environnement technique d'une entreprise en pleine accélération (+30 %).
 * Projet d'innovation : Intégration concrète de l'IA au produit et chantiers stratégiques d'architecture.

## Description

* Pilotage de la Roadmap Technique : En binôme avec le CPO, vous définissez les orientations technologiques et accompagnez l'accélération de la roadmap produit.
 * Architecture & Delivery : Vous challengez et faites évoluer l'architecture (réflexion sur une refonte produit, intégration de briques low-code pour gagner en rapidité de delivery).
 * Développement Hands-on : Vous participez activement au code (Java/Angular), aux revues de code et à la résolution des sujets techniques complexes.
 * Accélération par l'IA : Vous identifiez, prototypez et intégrez des cas d'usage IA directement au cœur du produit SaaS, tout en généralisant l'usage des outils d'IA en interne pour booster la productivité de l'équipe dev.
 * DevOps & Sécurité ISO 27001 : Vous supervisez l'infrastructure cloud (OVH), la CI/CD, le monitoring et garantissez le respect des normes de sécurité de l'entreprise.
