The postholder will work closely with the Managing Director/CEO, Finance, HR, Operations and care-home management teams to ensure information is accurate, consistent and useful for operational and financial decision-making. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with data, developing systems, solving practical problems and improving processes through technology., * Develop, maintain and improve practical in-house digital systems and databases. * Work with managers and staff to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions. * Support the development, testing and implementation of new systems. * Track care-plan reviews, completion and outstanding actions. * Develop reports and dashboards to support monitoring and management oversight. * Support appropriate alerts and escalation processes. * Maintain accurate occupancy and vacancy information across care homes. * Maintain appropriate HR databases and information systems. * Develop and maintain a CRM system to record enquiries, referrals, prospective residents and admissions. * Collect, consolidate, validate and analyse operational, financial, workforce and care-related data. * Work closely with Finance to ensure operational information supports accurate financial reporting.
