## About the Role

* Good working knowledge of business infrastructure and networks
 * Ability to resolve 1st line queries - desktop/PC issues, server or network troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration
 * Azure administration experience
 * Good knowledge of on-premise infrastructure - desktop, server, storage, networking, virtualisation and security
 * Good knowledge of cloud technology - Microsoft 365, Azure, Private Cloud
 * One or more of: a degree in Computer Science (or similar), A-level/BTEC in IT, CompTIA N+, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
 * Excellent communication skills and a genuine customer-first attitude
 * Comfortable managing your own workload and working to service level targets

Nice to have

 * ITIL Foundation
 * Microsoft Azure Administrator or Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate
 * Microsoft MCP/MCSE
 * Cisco CCNA

## Description

We're an established and fast-growing IT managed services provider working with small-to-medium sized businesses across London and the South East. We're looking for an Endpoint Solutions Engineer to join our technical team, delivering network and endpoint support and installation projects for our client base.

This is a genuine entry point into a long-term technical career with us - with a clear progression path through to Senior Solutions Engineer and on to Cloud Solutions Specialist as you develop.

What you'll be doing

 * Delivering installation projects (minor scope) for contracted and non-contracted clients
 * Providing network support services, responding to client requests as they arise
 * Acting as a technical point of contact for engineers and support staff
 * Supporting the sales team with pre-sales input, including minor surveys and reports
 * Recommending new technical procedures to improve service delivery
 * Taking part in an opt-in out-of-hours rota for 24/7 contracted customers
