Preferred Qualifications & Special Requirements * Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, etc.). * Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification. * Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python). * Knowledge of cloud-hosted imaging solutions or telemedicine platforms. * Multilingual abilities (French is a strong asset). ## Description The Senior System Support Specialist II is a key contributor within our Healthcare IT team, specializing in supporting Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Vendor Neutral Archives (VNA), and other imaging solutions. This role focuses on providing technical support, resolving moderately complex issues, and maintaining the stability and performance of radiology IT environments.
