Professional Skills * Strong analytical and problem solving skills. * Excellent stakeholder management across diverse Utilities environments. * Ability to lead cross functional teams and influence senior decision makers. * Experience delivering in Agile/hybrid methodologies. Experience * 18+ years SAP experience including architecture and design roles specially on utilities domain. * Multiple end to end implementations in Utilities (preferably Transmission & Distribution). * Proven experience in asset -intensive SAP landscapes supporting 24x7 operations. * SAP S/4HANA EAM data model, implementation experience in S/4HANA EAM, UX solutions, enablement of AI, SAP APM * Expertise in leading discovery sessions, conceptualising solutions options, decisions, solution architecture development, business case development and overall end -to -end execution including value realisation. Education & Certifications * Bachelor's or Master's in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * SAP certifications in S/4HANA, EAM, or related modules preferred., * Utilities industry certifications or project experience (T&D; networks). * Exposure to IoT, predictive maintenance, or digital network operations. ## Description 1.
