Acting as a key provider of both first-line and second-line IT support, you will diagnose and resolve technical issues, minimise production downtime, and deliver exceptional service to end users. Working closely with production teams, contractors, business partners, and IT colleagues, you will provide hands-on support, drive digitalisation initiatives, and help deliver innovative solutions that enhance manufacturing performance, efficiency, and user experience.
