* Experience with accessibility testing, for example screen readers, browser-based testing or auditing tools as well as developing accessible websites, apps or documents
 * Hands-on experience with assistive technologies, such as screen readers
 * Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG, EN 301 549 or PDF/UA
 * Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3 or JavaScript

 * Interest in user experience and usability
 * Professional working proficiency in German and English, enabling you to confidently communicate with customers and project teams

 * A precise, structured and reliable way of working
 * Curiosity, an open mindset and the initiative to question existing approaches and drive improvements
