 * Verwaltung von VPN-Verbindungen (Virtuelle Private Netzwerke) zur sicheren Datenübertragung
 * Einsatz von Virtualisierungssoftware wie VMware zur Fehlerbehebung und Systemoptimierung
 * Durchführung von Datenbankabfragen mit SQL zur Analyse und Problemlösung
 * Unterstützung bei Projektplanung und -umsetzung im IT-Bereich
 * Dokumentation der Support-Fälle sowie Erstellung von Wissensdatenbanken
