 * Kommunikationsstärke: Du arbeitest gerne im Team zusammen. Darüber hinaus hast du sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C2 - Muttersprachlich).

## Description

Bei uns bist du Teil eines Teams zur Entwicklung von Standardsoftware, die vielfältige Anforderungen effizient erfüllt und Arbeitsprozesse optimiert. Du lernst, Softwarelösungen zu entwickeln, zu testen und in Betrieb zu nehmen sowie zielgruppenorientierte Konzepte und Angebote für Projekte zu erstellen.

 * Onboarding: In den ersten Wochen lernst du deine Kolleg*innen, das Team und deine Ansprechpartner*innen kennen. Wir führen dich durch ein strukturiertes Onboarding-Programm und du lernst zunächst den Funktionsumfang unserer Produkte kennen.
 * Wissen: Analog zu deinem theoretischen Wissen, welches du in der Berufsschule erwirbst, erfolgt die praktische Anwendung des Gelernten, sodass du schon bald eigenständig arbeiten kannst.
 * Hands on: Du lernst Web-Frontend-Entwicklung mit TypeScript & HTML/CSS, Cloud Backend mit C# & SQL, technischen Support mit JavaScript & SQL, und auch traditionelle Desktop-Anwendungen mit Delphi & Firebird SQL umzusetzen.
