 * Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Arbeitsplätzen, Software und Netzwerken
 * Nutzung von VPN (Virtual Private Network) für sicheren Fernzugriff auf Unternehmensressourcen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Teams bei komplexen technischen Vorfällen oder Projekten
 * Dokumentation von Support-Fällen und Lösungsprozessen in unserem Ticket-System
