Backend Engineer | Digital Engineering * Exposure to data engineering concepts, data management, data migration, high-volume data integrations, and performance optimization. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system design skills. * Ability to efficiently and responsibly use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality. * Awareness of sustainable coding practices and efficient system design. ## Description We are seeking a mid-to-senior Backend Engineer to design, develop, test, integrate, and maintain backend services and digital systems supporting mobile and online banking platforms. This role partners closely with analysts, QA testers, frontend engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and high-quality solutions. This candidate works independently on complex initiatives with minimal supervision and provides technical guidance to less experienced engineers. This role requires strong engineering judgment, professionalism, effective collaboration, and a focus on secure, scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions.
