## About the Role

role.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree or equivalent in engineering, ideally with design experience in mobile tracked equipment.Proficient in 3D solid modeling CAD (preferably CREO) and familiar with Product Data Management systems.Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems.Experience with mobile recycling machinery is advantageous.Understanding of the equipment's applications and performance expectations.Creative and innovative thinking.Experience with Oracle TMS is a plus.Good English communication skills (written and spoken); good presentation and interpersonal skills.Can-do attitude and ability to work with a multi-functional team, meet deadlines and assess workload accurately.Ability to select from multiple design alternatives and identify technical and commercial risks.BenefitsCompetitive salary, sales incentive plan, free Westfield health care for you and your dependents, contributory pension scheme, life assurance cover, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, global
