Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business or user needs.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and incomplete information, identifying assumptions, gaps and areas requiring further investigation. Experience contributing analysis, evidence or options to business cases and investment decisions.Ability to support the definition and management of scope, identifying where requirements or proposed changes fall outside agreed boundaries.The capability to distil complex information into high-level understandable concepts and business language.Ability to model or explain business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
