## About the Role

FORMATION & EXPÉRIENCE

 * Étudiant·e en Bac+4 ou Bac+5 (Marketing digital, e-commerce, école de commerce, communication ou

équivalent).

 * Une première expérience (stage, alternance, projet personnel) dans le marketing digital ou l'e commerce est appréciée.

COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES

 * Aisance avec un back-office e-commerce (Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce ou équivalent).
 * Notions de SEO, SEA et Google Analytics.
 * Pratique de Canva et/ou de la suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator).
 * Bonne maîtrise de l'écrit (orthographe et style éditorial impeccables).

SAVOIR-ÊTRE

 * Rigueur et organisation : vous savez gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle dans une PME agile.
 * Autonomie et curiosité, envie d'apprendre dans un environnement à taille humaine.
 * Sensibilité au design, à la décoration et à l'univers du mobilier.
 * Esprit data, goût pour l'analyse et l'optimisation des performances.

## Description

Rattaché·e au service marketing / e-commerce, vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble de la chaîne de valeur

digitale de la marque :

ANIMATION DU SITE E-COMMERCE

 * Catalogue produits : création et mise à jour des fiches produits, rédaction des descriptifs, optimisation

SEO on-page.

 * Merchandising en ligne : organisation des collections, mises en avant, opérations promotionnelles,

suivi des stocks et de la disponibilité.

 * Optimisation de la conversion : analyse du tunnel d'achat, propositions d'amélioration UX, A/B

testing.

MARKETPLACES & DISTRIBUTION

 * Animation des marketplaces (Rue du Commerce, Leroy Merlin, ManoMano, Amazon…) :

référencement, mise à jour des catalogues, suivi des performances et de la conformité.

 * Pilotage des KPI par canal (CA, taux de conversion, panier moyen, retours).

ACQUISITION & VISIBILITÉ

 * SEO : optimisation des contenus, suivi des positions, recommandations éditoriales.
 * SEA & Shopping : participation à la gestion des campagnes Google Ads et Google Shopping.
 * Social Ads (Meta, Pinterest) : aide au pilotage des campagnes payantes.

CONTENU & CRM

 * Réseaux sociaux : Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook - production de contenus, planning éditorial,

animation de la communauté.

 * Email marketing : création et envoi des newsletters et campagnes automatisées, segmentation,

analyse de performance.

 * Création visuelle : visuels produits et lifestyle, montages simples (Canva, suite Adobe).

ANALYSE & REPORTING

 * Suivi des KPI (Google Analytics, back-office e-commerce, marketplaces).
 * Reportings hebdomadaires et mensuels, recommandations d'optimisation.
