Your Role The Global Data & Insights Specialist will provide data and reporting support predominantly to the Global Talent Attraction and Employee Branding team. The role will focus primarily on Power BI, data preparation and analysis, helping to develop and maintain dashboards that provide clear insight into Talent Attraction and Employee Branding performance. You will work with the team to ensure data is accurate, identify trends and produce meaningful reporting to support decision-making. You will also support Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) through the preparation of dashboards, reports and analysis. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their data analytics career who is keen to develop their skills in Power BI, data visualisation and business reporting within a global environment.
