Technical project governance and stakeholder management, * Proven track record delivering complex M365 migration programmes

 * Comfortable working at both strategic and hands-on technical levels
 * Strong documentation, planning and stakeholder engagement skills
 * Able to identify risks, dependencies and remediation requirements

## Description

This is a hands-on engagement covering the entire migration lifecycle, from discovery and target-state design through to Microsoft 365 migration, domain cutover, device transition, hypercare, and source-tenant decommissioning.

What you'll be responsible for

 * Assessing and documenting the source Microsoft 365 environment
 * Designing coexistence and target-state architecture
 * Migrating Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams
 * Assessing and transitioning Slack channels, workflows and integrations
 * Migrating Entra ID applications, SSO, SCIM and automation platforms
 * Coordinating Intune and Windows Autopilot device transitions
 * Managing domain, DNS and mail-flow cutover activities
 * Delivering hypercare, stabilisation and operational handover
 * Producing migration runbooks, validation reports and governance documentation
