## Description

Tu prépares un BTS ou un Bac +2 en informatique et tu cherches une alternance avec de vraies responsabilités dès le départ ? On a plusieurs postes ouverts et on t'attend !

Ce que tu feras au quotidien :

 - Répondre aux appels et accompagner les utilisateurs

 - Gérer les tickets de A à Z (création, résolution, suivi, backlog)

 - Contribuer à la documentation et aux procédures internes

 - Suivre ton parcours de montée en compétences
