## About the Role

Vous justifiez d'au moins deux ans d'expérience et alliez expertise technique, sens du service et rigueur opérationnelle

 - Vous maîtrisez Microsoft Intune, l'enrôlement mobile et la configuration d'Outlook, OneDrive et Teams
 - Vous détenez un Bac+2 informatique, idéalement un BTS SIO ou un titre professionnel Technicien d'assistance informatique
 - Vous accueillez et accompagnez les utilisateurs avec pédagogie, écoute et réactivité face aux incidents
 - Vous assurez un suivi rigoureux des équipements, reportings, dossiers de renouvellement et coordinations logistiques

Vous contribuez à une expérience utilisateur fluide en sécurisant chaque étape du renouvellement des équipements numériques - Vous préparez les sessions, vérifiez les équipements, accueillez les utilisateurs et assurez la complétude des dossiers de renouvellement - Vous enrôlez les smartphones et tablettes, configurez les applications métier et résolvez les incidents de premier niveau - Vous coordonnez le suivi logistique, actualisez les reportings, gérez les retraits de matériel et installez les supports de communication
