## Description

Intégré(e) aux équipes IT de nos clients, vous interviendrez sur tout ou partie des missions suivantes :

 * Support utilisateurs Niveau 1 et/ou Niveau 2 (proximité ou à distance)
 * Prise en charge des incidents et demandes via outils de ticketing
 * Diagnostic, résolution et suivi des incidents matériels et logiciels
 * Installation, configuration et renouvellement des postes de travail
 * Gestion des environnements Windows, Microsoft 365, messagerie
 * Support sur les périphériques (imprimantes, mobiles, équipements réseau)
 * Interaction avec des utilisateurs francophones et anglophones
 * Documentation des procédures et des résolutions
