## Description

* Generate actionable business insights through analysis of retail, dealer, customer, and operational performance data to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives
 * Develop, maintain , and enhance business intelligence solutions , including Power BI dashboards, scorecards, reporting tools, and performance metrics that improve visibility and accountability across the organization.
 * Conduct geospatial and market opportunity analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimize market coverage, support facility planning, and inform dealer network strategies
 * Partner with business stakeholders to define analytical requirements , translate business needs into data solutions, and communicate findings through clear, actionable recommendations
 * Drive analytics adoption and user enablement by providing training, support, documentation, and best practices that increase utilization of reporting and analytical tools.
 * Support cross-functional transformation initiatives through data analysis, measurement frameworks, process improvement, and automation efforts that increase organizational efficiency and scalability
