There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. ## Description We are hiring a Partner Solution Architect - AI Business Solutions, a senior individual contributor who will serve as a deep technical advisor to Microsoft's top managed partners. In this Level 400 technical role, you will collaborate with partner CTOs, Chief Architects, engineering leaders, developers, and solution architects to design, build, validate, and scale production-ready AI and agentic solutions. You will help partners move beyond technology adoption to build sophisticated AI practices, reusable intellectual property, accelerators, agentic solutions, and differentiated managed services for the AI services. As a Partner Solution Architect (PSA) in AI Business Solutions, You will bring hands-on architectural depth across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure AI services, Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Graph, Teams, data platforms, identity, security, and governance. Success requires the ability to connect AI models and agents with enterprise data, applications, APIs, security, observability, and governance to create secure, scalable end-to-end architectures. You will also serve as a technical bridge between Microsoft engineering and strategic partners, bringing emerging capabilities into partner solutions while providing structured feedback informed by real-world implementations.
