 * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
 * Familiarity with analysis tools like Visio for process mapping is advantageous.

## Description

* Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other analytical tools to uncover trends and patterns.
 * Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
 * Collaborate with business units to understand their needs, translating requirements into technical specifications for data solutions.
 * Design and maintain databases using Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and database design principles to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
 * Manage projects through the entire SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), ensuring timely delivery of analytical solutions.
 * Create detailed documentation including Visio diagrams for system processes and workflows.
 * Support business analysis efforts by identifying opportunities for process improvements based on data insights.
 * Automate routine tasks using VBA, Bash (Unix shell), or other scripting languages to increase efficiency.
