Desirable: * Experience supporting Microsoft 365. * Experience with network and systems administration. * Knowledge of IT security, data protection and backup procedures. * Experience maintaining IT asset and support records. * Relevant IT certifications or additional technical training. ## Description J&C Soul CIC is a community-focused organisation committed to delivering high-quality services and maintaining effective internal systems to support our operations. We are looking for a reliable and technically capable IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day IT support across the organisation and help ensure that our IT equipment, systems, software and user accounts operate effectively and securely. The Role The IT Support Engineer will provide technical assistance to staff, diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, support the installation and configuration of IT equipment and applications, and assist with the effective day-to-day operation of the organisation's IT systems.
