Whether you're implementing new systems, analysing performance data, or influencing senior stakeholders, you'll be excited by the opportunity to make a real impact across procurement and the wider business., * Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. * Significant procurement experience, with strong knowledge across both direct and indirect procurement environments. * Experience in sourcing, category management, supply chain operations, and process improvement. * Strong understanding of supply chain systems, tools, supplier management, risk management, and procurement best practice. * Proven ability to develop, optimise, and embed business processes and procedures within complex environments. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business benefits. Desirable * MCIPS or another relevant professional supply chain/procurement qualification. * Experience developing and implementing supply chain best practice, operating models, and ways of working across large organisations. * Demonstrated success in leading procurement transformation, system implementation, or continuous improvement programmes. * Experience working with external consultants and managing complex change initiatives. * Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced and evolving environment. ## Description As the Process and Systems Lead, you will drive the continuous improvement of supply chain processes, systems, and ways of working across the organisation. Working closely with procurement, supply chain, and business stakeholders, you'll lead transformation initiatives that enhance capability, improve user experience, strengthen compliance, and embed best practice. This role plays a key part in developing procurement excellence by leveraging technology, data, market insights, and innovative approaches to deliver greater value and efficiency across the function.
