* Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Verwaltungsinformatik, Informationssicherheit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fundierter Praxis im IT-Security-Umfeld.
 * Zertifizierung: Einschlägige Nachweise als ISB / CISO (z. B. BSI-IT-Grundschutz-Praktiker/-Berater, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementor, CISM oder CISSP).
 * Erfahrung: Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Implementierung von ISMS-Strukturen im regulierten Umfeld (z. B. KRITIS, Telekommunikation, öffentliche Verwaltung/Public Sector, Finanzdienstleistung oder Gesundheitswesen).
 * Kompetenzen: Solides Verständnis der BSI-Standards (200-1, 200-2, 200-3), ausgeprägtes Risikobewusstsein und hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen.
 * Soft Skills: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse sowie ein sicheres und beratungsstarkes Auftreten gegenüber Management und behördlichen Ansprechpartnern.

## Description

* ISMS-Steuerung: Verantwortung für die Implementierung, den Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des ISMS nach BSI IT-Grundschutz oder ISO/IEC 27001.
 * Regulatorik & Governance: Übersetzung und Überwachung der Anforderungen aus NIS-2, DSGVO sowie behördlichen oder KRITIS-spezifischen Sicherheitsstandards in praxistaugliche Unternehmensrichtlinien.
 * Risikomanagement & BCM: Durchführung von Schutzbedarfs- und Risikoanalysen, Erstellung von Bedrohungsszenarien sowie Mitwirkung beim Auf- und Ausbau des Business Continuity Managements (BCM).
 * Audits & Ansprechpartner: Konzeption und Durchführung interner Sicherheitsaudits, Begleitung externer Prüfungen (z. B. BSI, Wirtschaftsprüfer) sowie kompetente Beratung der Unternehmensleitung.
 * Incident Response & Awareness: Fachliche Begleitung bei der Aufarbeitung von Sicherheitsvorfällen sowie Etablierung nachhaltiger Security-Awareness-Schulungen im gesamten Haus.
