* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Physik, Physikalischen Technik, Mathematik, Ingenieur-wissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren naturwissenschaftlich-technischen Fachrichtung, idealerweise mit Promotion und erster Praxis im Forschungs- oder Hightech-Umfeld (z. B. Promotion, Industriepraktika)
 * Erfahrung in der Modellierung, Simulation oder Datenanalyse komplexer optischer oder mechatronischer Systeme sowie sehr gute Programmier- und Softwarekenntnisse (z. B. Python, MATLAB, C++); Affinität zu Automatisierung und Toolentwicklung
 * Ausgeprägtes physikalisch-technisches Verständnis, Freude an neuen Technologien und Methoden sowie analytisches, lösungsorientiertes Denken mit strukturierter, methodischer Arbeitsweise
 * Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität, auch in dynamischen Projektphasen und herausfordernden Ausnahmesituationen (z. B. Produktionsstillstände, Strahlzeiten, Gefahrensituationen)
 * Kundenorientiertes Denken und die Fähigkeit, technische Lösungen an Anwender*innen-Bedarfe anzupassen, kombiniert mit sehr guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit und der Stärke, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich und adressatengerecht zu erklären

## Description

* Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Justageprozessen zur Verbesserung der Abbildungsqualität komplexer Optiksysteme - von der Konzeptphase bis zur Übergabe in die Fertigung
 * Funktion als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen theoretischer Konzeptauslegung und praktischer Umsetzung im Reinraum
 * Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung von (Software-)Tools und Simulationen für neuartige Systeme
 * Abstimmung von Abläufen und Schnittstellen mit Design, Messtechnik, Produktion und - bei Bedarf - mit Kunden
 * Sicherstellung der Produktperformance bestehender Produkte sowie Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse im Sinne der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
 * Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Simulationen und Versuchen in anspruchsvollen Entwicklungsprojekten
 * Definition, Weiterentwicklung und Aufbruch der Systemarchitektur für Justageprozesse, inkl. Ableitung und Management von Systemanforderungen (Requirements Engineering)
 * Leitung bzw. Koordination kleiner Fachteams und Begleitung der Fertigung beim Anlauf neuer Prozesse
 * Tätigkeit als höchste Supportinstanz für laufende Serienprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Fertigung
