## About the Role

* A degree in business administration, economics, business information systems or a comparable qualification.
 * Several years of professional experience in finance transformation, consulting or a project-focused finance role.
 * Strong knowledge of finance processes and their end-to-end optimization.
 * Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
 * A very good understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP S/4HANA, and reporting solutions.
 * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
 * A hands-on approach and the ability to work independently in a structured way.
 * Strong communication skills and confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels.
 * Very good German and English language skills.

## Description

* Analyze, improve and standardize end-to-end finance processes, including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay.
 * Implement and further develop ERP and finance systems, and digitize reporting and controlling processes.
 * Design and implement automation solutions, such as robotic process automation (RPA).
 * Work closely with Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Accounts Receivable Management, IT and external partners.
 * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement lasting improvements.
 * Support change management to help teams adopt new processes and structures.
