Preferred Experience Experience with additional platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, Ramp, Gusto or Dext is valuable. Backgrounds in fintech, accounting software, ERP middleware, API infrastructure or universal connector platforms are particularly relevant. Ideal Candidate You are a backend or platform engineer first, with substantial ERP integration expertise. You've built production infrastructure that allows many independent customers to connect their own external accounts to one product. You understand the challenges of supporting different customer configurations, authentication credentials, API limitations and data synchronization requirements within a shared connector architecture. You enjoy hands-on engineering, substantial technical ownership and close collaboration with customers. You can explain architectural trade-offs clearly, listen to alternative approaches and work constructively through complex technical decisions. ## Description A fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company is seeking a senior, hands-on Product Engineer to own and scale its ERP integration platform. The core challenge is building a single, reusable integration platform that connects to hundreds or thousands of independent customers' ERP accounts, beginning with NetSuite. Each customer has its own ERP environment, credentials, configuration, data and accounting workflows. You'll design the infrastructure that manages these connections reliably at scale, rather than building separate integrations for individual customers or connecting multiple tenants to one shared ERP account. This is a high-ownership individual contributor position for an experienced Python backend or platform engineer with deep, hands-on NetSuite integration experience.
