## About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex business change programmes, particularly within Finance Shared Services, or Finance Transformation environments., * Significant experience as a Business Change Manager

 * Demonstrable experience delivering Finance Shared Services improvement programmes.
 * Strong understanding of finance processes, including - Payment Processes, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), or management reporting.
 * Experience supporting ERP implementations or finance transformation initiatives (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Workday).
 * Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
 * Experience developing communications, training, and organisational change strategies.
 * Knowledge of recognised change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent.

Desirable

 * Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes.
 * Shared Services, GBS, or Finance Transformation background.
 * Change Management certification.
 * Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, MSP) advantageous.

## Description

* Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
 * Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage engagement across all levels of the organisation.
 * Experience in working on people, process, and organisational change aspects of finance transformation programmes.
 * Support the implementation of shared service improvements, operating model changes, and process standardisation initiatives.
 * Drive user adoption through effective communications, training, coaching, and readiness activities.
 * Collaborate with programme managers, finance leaders, process owners, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of change objectives.
 * Identify and mitigate change-related risks and resistance.
 * Establish and track change adoption metrics, benefits realisation, and business outcomes.
 * Support continuous improvement and the embedding of new ways of working.
