## About the Role

* Previous experience in a hands-on IT support role
 * Strong customer service or IT service desk skills
 * Experience with Active Directory user administration
 * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
 * A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
 * The ability to manage workloads effectively and work to service targets and SLAs

The following skills would be advantageous but not essential:

 * Experience within a professional services environment
 * Exposure to legal sector applications
 * Microsoft certifications or equivalent technical qualifications
 * Experience supporting users across multiple office locations

## Description

We're partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit an IT Analyst for their Manchester based IT Service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in hands-on IT support who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and wants to broaden their technical skills across a modern Microsoft technology environment.

You will act as a key point of contact for employees across the business, delivering high quality technical support both remotely and face-to-face. Working as part of a collaborative IT Service team, you'll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring excellent service delivery and user satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:

 * Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support
 * Managing incidents and service requests through to resolution
 * Supporting desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices and printers
 * Administering user accounts and assisting with server-related tasks
 * Supporting Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
 * Supporting Windows Desktop and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
 * Maintaining accurate documentation and knowledge articles
 * Assisting with IT projects and continuous service improvements
