If you're looking for a role where your FPGA expertise will be applied to diverse, technically challenging client work-and where you'll have real influence over architecture, design, and delivery-this opportunity is worth a serious look., * Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * 10+ years of experience developing FPGA-based systems. * Strong VHDL design experience. * Experience with AMD/Xilinx Vivado and Intel Quartus FPGA development toolchains. * Solid understanding of RTL design, simulation, synthesis, timing analysis, constraint development, clock-domain crossing techniques, and FPGA resource optimization. * Experience building verification environments and self-checking testbenches. * Experience designing with common digital interfaces and protocols. * Hands-on experience with FPGA hardware integration, board bring-up, and lab debugging (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and related equipment). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort collaborating directly with clients as well as internal teams. * A self-motivated, entrepreneurial perspective with a passion for customer success and the ability to contribute to multiple projects concurrently. * Ability to apply technical experience and an R&D outlook to unfamiliar applications.
