Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. * Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident, due to nature of client engagements. * Bachelor's degree . Seven (7) Years experience is required in lieu of degree. * Three (3) years of experience in economics, data analytics, statistics, public policy analysis, or a related discipline. * Experience conducting quantitative analysis and interpreting large, complex datasets. * Proficiency with statistical programming and data analysis tools such as R, Python, SAS, SQL, or similar technologies. * Experience developing analytical reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. * Knowledge of statistical methods, economic analysis techniques, and performance measurement frameworks. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings to diverse audiences. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within project teams.
