Our client would like to recruit a proactive and enthusiastic System Support Engineer to join their growing business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting users, and getting involved in a wide range of IT projects. Working closely with the IT Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the systems, infrastructure, and users are fully supported, helping the business operate efficiently and effectively. This role offers excellent variety, combining hands-on IT support with opportunities to work on software development projects using C#, .NET, and SQL., As a System Support Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. You'll provide technical support across the business, diagnose and resolve issues, and contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of company systems. In addition to IT support duties, you'll have the opportunity to work on software development projects, system improvements, reporting solutions, and business-critical applications.
