 * Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies and SharePoint Online

* Drive adoption and best practice across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
 * Lead SharePoint Online adoption, improving user experience and information management
 * Support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, including Copilot across Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and SharePoint
 * Support emerging AI agent and Copilot Studio use cases
 * Work closely with end users, local IT teams, service desk and European Modern Workplace teams
