## About the Role

* Previous IT Support experience in schools is essential
 * Excellent experience with windows 10/11, Active Directory, Group Policy and Office 365
 * Proficient networking experience covering switches, routers, Lan/WAN and Wi-Fi issues
 * Experience with virtual servers (VMWare, vSphere etc.) is highly desirable
 * Excellent stakeholder management experience and the ability to explain technical terms to non-technical people.

You will also have the opportunity to shadow infrastructure engineers, giving you great exposure to new technologies and a clear path for career development

This position offers the chance to broaden your technical skill set and play a key role in enhancing the operation and reliability of school IT networks, improving user experience across both new and existing technologies as well as career progression towards 3rd line, cloud or team lead positions.

## Description

A School IT Technician is required by a UK Leading MSP to support schools near Amersham. The School IT Technician will have strong networking, windows (10/11) and previous IT support experience working in schools, maintaining and troubleshooting a range of IT systems and networks.
