This role is responsible for creating intuitive, scalable, and role-aware user experiences that unify dashboards, operational workflows, AI assistants, analytics, and agent-driven capabilities into a single platform. The designer will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and RCM SMEs to develop a modern management console that enables operational teams, supervisors, executives, and client stakeholders to manage the revenue cycle from a single entry point. This role focuses on creating human-centered experiences that reduce workflow friction, increase productivity, simplify decision making, and enable responsible adoption of AI across RCM operations.
