Preferred * ES-3J Certification or equivalent low-voltage credential. * Data center, hyperscale, or mission-critical construction experience. * Experience with ribbon fiber, mass-fusion splicing, OTDR testing, and optical-loss testing. * OSHA 30 Certification. * Additional OEM certifications from Corning, AFL, Legrand, CommScope, or similar manufacturers. * Experience supervising multiple crews simultaneously. * Familiarity with QA/QC programs, structured cabling standards, and commissioning requirements. ## Description TeleWorld Solutions (TWS) is seeking experienced Technical Leads to supervise field crews supporting nationwide data center infrastructure deployments.
