## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree + 3 years of application support experience
OR Associate degree + 7 years experience
OR High school diploma + 11 years experience

 * Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Understanding of SDLC and change management processes

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Oracle Utilities C2M, CCS, or CIS platforms
 * Knowledge of utility billing and meter-to-cash processes
 * Experience with integrations, APIs, or SaaS/cloud applications
 * Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
 * Experience with testing, upgrades, and release management, * Strong communication and documentation skills required
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 * Office-based role with prolonged computer use

## Description

* Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Utilities C2M/CCS applications
 * Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system and application issues
 * Configure and maintain application functionality
 * Support integrations, APIs, batch processes, and interface monitoring
 * Execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
 * Assist with upgrades, patches, and change management processes
 * Develop and maintain system documentation and knowledgebase materials
 * Partner with business users to gather requirements and implement solutions
 * Generate reports and support data extraction using queries
 * Support customer service, billing, and meter-to-cash processes
