 - Installation de postes de travail.
 - Gestion et maintenance des imprimantes.
 - Enrôlement et configuration de smartphones.
 - Gestion des dotations de matériel.
 - Accueil et assistance des utilisateurs.

L'environnement technique :

 - Windows 11.
 - SCCM.
 - Suite Mircrosoft Office 365.
 - Smartphones Android.
 - Anglais intermédiaire.
