Your mission will be to manage, maintain, and develop our internal IT infrastructure, providing a stable, secure, and high-performing workspace for all Malters. You will join a team of 4 and be a huge contributor of an ambitious automation strategy that minimizes operational overhead and accelerates business workflows across Malt., * Architect and deploy an internal framework of reliable workflows using No/Low-Code (N8N) to automate complex, recurring business processes. * Own the implementation, upgrade, and continuous maintenance of critical infrastructure systems, with a particular focus on mastering Okta. * Manage and resolve advanced technical support incidents across hardware, software, and local office networks, stepping in actively whenever ticket volumes surge. * Track and organize engineering task delivery through Jira, while maintaining robust, up-to-date documentation for all internal IT procedures and system architectures. * Secure our organizational perimeter by managing user onboarding/offboarding, auditing privileged accounts, and strengthening endpoint compliance and MFA coverage. * Partner directly with security stakeholders to align Malt's workplace infrastructure with industry regulations and robust ISO 27001 compliance standards., * First call with our Alex Talent Acquisition Manager to better understand your background, career aspirations, and answer any questions you may have (30-45 minutes). * Interview with Lionel (Lead IT) and Jelly (IT engineer) , to delve deeper into your technical experience and the specifics of the role (45-60 minutes). * Home assignment for you to complete, which will be evaluated by our internal technical experts to assess your hands-on engineering and automation skills. * Final interview with Benoit Guillon (Senior VP Information System & Engineering) to discuss Malt's long-term vision, strategy, and culture Malt is the perfect space to thrive personally and professionally - Onboarding: Before easing into your new role, you'll spend your first week learning about our culture, products, and services with other new joiners at our office in Paris - Equity: Every Malter is entitled to stock options - Lunch vouchers (legal benefit): €9/day on your Swile card - Transportation (legal benefit): 50% reimbursement (any type of transport) - Healthcare insurance (legal benefit) - RTT: From 8 to 12 days off per year - Sports: Company participation to a Gymlib (Wellpass) membership - Malt sabbatical: Every three years, all Malters are entitled to a one month fully paid sabbatical leave - Free books: If you're interested in learning more about any topic relevant to Malt's business, just tell us the books you'd like to read, and we'll order them for you-without any questions asked or approval processes to follow - Remote work: Hybrid policy balancing on-site and home office - Team building events organized every year Ready?
