## About the Role

* Completed education in an IT-related field or ideally a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with specialization in IT Operations, Project Management, or Systems Engineering.
 * Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; specialization in IT Operations, Project Management, or Systems Engineering preferred
 * Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT operations or development
 * Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, with proficiency in Agile methods and tools like Confluence and Jira
 * Solid understanding of ITIL practices and IT process management
 * Strong command of German and good proficiency in English

## Description

As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee both customer-facing and internal IT projects, including custom implementations and enhancements. You will drive efficiency initiatives to streamline technical processes and improve performance, manage multiple IT-Operations and customer projects, and ensure they meet scope, timelines, and quality standards. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, optimize customer experience and operational efficiency, lead meetings with IT teams, stakeholders, and customers, and provide reports and metrics on project and operational success. In critical incidents, you act as primary incident manager, ensuring rapid response, resolution, and communication.
