B Ausübungsformen, * Abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Umfeld oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP Basis Consultant

 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP Basis sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit S/4HANA und Cloudlösungen
 * Erfahrung in Migrationen (On-Premise * Cloud), idealerweise im Brownfield-Ansatz
 * Know-how in ITSM, SLA-Steuerung sowie starkes Troubleshooting-Verständnis
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung und Erfahrung im Umgang mit internationalen Stakeholdern

 * Steuerung und Betreuung von SAP-Cloud-Kunden entlang des gesamten Lifecycles (Onboarding bis Betrieb)
 * Planung, Durchführung und Koordination von SAP Basis Aktivitäten inkl. Migrationen und Upgrades (z. B. On-Premise in die Cloud)
 * Sicherstellung von Servicequalität, SLA/SLO-Einhaltung und kontinuierlicher Kundenzufriedenheit
 * Incident-, Problem- und Eskalationsmanagement inklusive Performance-Optimierung
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, Projektleitern und externen Stakeholdern
 * Durchführung von Service Reviews und Unterstützung von Continuous-Improvement-Maßnahmen
