In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive, * GCSE or equivalent (preferred) Experience: * customer service: 2 years (preferred) * 1st Line: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) ## Description We are looking for someone who has excellent written & verbal communication skills both internally and client facing, is enthusiastic and strives for continual improvement, a highly responsive team player with a can-do attitude to supporting our Radiologist & Clients out in the field and the wider organisation at our Head Offices. This role is vital in the services we provide and will involve travel to radiologists across the UK to install their home hub diagnostic reporting workstations, you will; pre build, schedule, transport, and install the system at the Radiologists Home or office location, test the set up ensuring they are ready for operational use, with some basic trouble-shooting where necessary, to ensure our radiologists are fully equipped to receive and report the scans we have received from our NHS and Private sector clients.
