* Commercial experience developing applications using C# and ASP.NET Core MVC
 * Experience working with Azure DevOps
 * Strong knowledge of Azure SQL
 * Experience using Git for version control
 * Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
 * Understanding of scalable application design principles
 * Strong debugging and unit testing skills
 * Excellent problem-solving abilities
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment

Desirable

 * Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
 * Experience working within an Agile development environment
 * Knowledge of Continuous Integration and DevOps practices
 * Experience evaluating and implementing new technologies and solutions

As a Back End Developer, you will play a key role in the development, optimisation, and maintenance of server-side applications, helping to ensure performance, scalability and reliability across the company's digital platforms. You'll collaborate with a close-knit technical team, contribute to innovative solutions, and help shape the future of the organisation's technology landscape., * Develop, maintain and optimise web applications using C# and ASP.NET Core MVC

 * Design and implement robust back-end services and APIs
 * Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
 * Explore and implement new database and application technologies to improve performance and functionality
 * Design and maintain efficient database architectures
 * Produce clear technical documentation for systems and development projects
 * Provide application support, troubleshooting and issue resolution
