## Description

In this role, you will provide timely, professional technical and operations support to the team in our vibrant London office on Old Street. Your enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, and tech-savviness will ensure seamless technical operations while keeping the office organised and welcoming.

This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week in the office, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 9am-1pm.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

 * Provide high-touch technical assistance to our London office teams by resolving hardware, software, network, and account issues
 * Efficiently research and resolve help desk support tickets involving hardware, software, and malware
 * Assist in administering Google Workspace, Slack, VPNs, and MyTutor's backend system
 * Develop and maintain clear documentation for operational processes, training, and internal resources
 * Be the face of IXL and MyTutor from our Old St office: Greet guests, handle incoming deliveries, and keep our day-to-day operations brilliantly organised
 * Serve as the main UK point of contact for day-to-day business needs, coordinating cross-office operations and routing key documentation to US headquarters
 * Lead onboardings for new hires with office tours, day-one desk setups, and welcome support
 * Act as the primary contact for building management, assisting with facility needs, health and safety protocols, and fire drills
 * Run ad-hoc business errands and assist with other general office operational duties as needed
