Issu(e) d'une formation en informatique, vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie d'au moins trois ans dans la gestion d'infrastructures IT.
À l'aise avec les outils d'automatisation, vous êtes capable d'appliquer rigoureusement des procédures techniques.
Organisé(e), méthodique et doté(e) d'un bon esprit d'équipe, vous appréciez le travail collaboratif au sein d'un environnement technique exigeant.

## Description

Pour cette mission, notre client recherche une personne sachant maitriser les missions ci-dessous :
@ Support IT de proximité : point de contact local, assistance aux collaborateurs et VIP, accompagnement sur les salles de réunion et équipements.
@ Gestion du parc : suivi des stocks, cohérence des localisations, utilisation de ServiceNow / MyFlow.
@ Mouvements & installations : commandes de matériel, déploiements, positionnement des applications selon les besoins métiers.
@ Projets & changements : participation aux déploiements, accompagnement utilisateurs, renfort technique des experts.
@ Supervision & suivi : contrôle quotidien, analyse des incidents, suivi des KPI, gestion proactive de l'environnement IT.
@ Vie d'équipe : participation active aux animations hebdomadaires.
